Every individual enters this industry with their ingrained talent and that is what helps them to be a good actor.”

Joshi is of the opinion that though television and film industry creates stars, the prerequisites to make it big in both are talent and loads of hard work.

“Since television as a medium has grown and its reach has spread to almost every part of the country, actors get more recognition through this medium. The film industry is more glamorous than television, but in television you can create your own space” concluded Joshi.
