Pigeon shares the message of celebrating #WomenEverywhere, Everyday

Pigeon firmly believes that women should be celebrated throughout the year and not just one day. An ongoing digital initiative by Pigeon to tell that women have the potential to be what they want and where they want.

The campaign was intended to break the notion that women are suitable only for designated roles, level the playing field across all walks of lives and re-empower women with the right to control their lives and choices.

The campaign has gone live across various social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Youtube. It aims to make the viewers realize their own biases and help them become more supportive as well as respectful towards women.

Neha Gandhi, Director, Stovekraft said, "Bringing women into the workforce and keeping them there is complex, a multi-dimensional problem that each one of us has to lend a hand in resolving until it is no more a problem. As women, we have to identify our strengths, value them & embrace them with pride. For men, the change has to begin at home. Each one of us has to recognize her/his own biases and consciously work toward rising above them by being more supportive, respectful and building a genuinely inclusive & collaborative working environment across all walks of life."
