TV this week: Top Hindi GECs have lost out while Sony gains!

This week in the latest TAM ratings, Sony has come far ahead as compared to the previous weeks. SAB has declined its viewership along with other channels like Star Plus, colors and Zee TV. The decline in top Hindi GECs should be noted. Star Plus has seen a slight drop in its TRP and has recorded 324 GRPs on the latest TAM ratings in the current week.

Another popular Hindi GEC, Colors which is the second most popular channel have also seen a dip in its TRP and has garnered 221 GRPs this week.

The third channel in the list, Hindi GEC Zee TV has fallen after a substantial leap in the previous week and has recorded 183 GRPs in week 19. It should be noted that it had 208 GRPs last week.

Another significant shift in viewership was witnessed by Sony Entertainment Television which has gained 150 GRPs in the current week. SAB which has lost 17 GRPs, was recorded at 121 GRPs this week. This has given Sony a 29 GRPs lead.

Imagine TV, the number 6th player in this space wad recorded at 64 GRPs in 19th week.
