sunSTRATEGIC, a marketing strategy and content firm, has won the GOLD Award by the India Content Leadership (ICL) Awards 2018, in the ‘Best Content in a BTL marketing campaign’ category.
sunSTRATEGIC’s award-winning campaign ‘Chahel Pahel with Airtel’, was designed for the rural market of Airtel in the states of Uttar Pradesh. Airtel identified geographical areas in Uttar Pradesh, where internet usage was low. In these identified rural areas, the objective was to improve the internet awareness and increase their brand reputation. SunSTRATEGIC chose the power of content to engage every child, every woman, every working individual and senior citizen, of over 1000 villages in these data-dark locations, to generate awareness about the advantages of using internet, upselling other Airtel products, and porting phone numbers over to Airtel. The user engagement was over 90%, and the ROI was 2x.
India Content Leadership (ICL) Awards 2018 celebrates the exemplary work of the agencies, enterprises and individuals in content development, content marketing, and content publishing – online as well as offline channels, and affiliate networks.
This year, ICL Awards 2018 boasted media partners such as India Today Group, ABP Live, Your Story, and other reputed brands, whereas the jury comprised chief officials and marketing heads of Samsung India, Sony Pictures, SBI Funds Management, Radio Mirchi, Network18, Angel Broking, Kansai Nerolac, and ABP News.
