Networkplay acquire yoCAPTCHA! of Innovese Tech.

Following recent announcement on Gruner+Jahr’s (G+J) further investment in Networkplay for funding of new and innovative future endeavors, this week Networkplay sets the ball rolling as it announces the takeover of yoCAPTCHA! – the brainchild of Innovese Technologies.

The deal inked between the two companies paves the way for Networkplay’s exciting projects lined up this year.

The change in ownership will bring two of the co-founders Ankit Gupta and Dhruv Sogani on board of Networkplay’s key strategic team. While Dhruv will head Business Development at Networkplay, driving new tech-driven businesses in addition to CAPTCHA, Ankit, joining as Head of Technology, will be responsible for developing and buying new technologies to support the suite of technological products Networkplay will be offering to the marketplace.
