WLN launches "Equal & Opposite'
Women are at the top in many fields. They play a crucial role in sustained success of companies. Women form a very large part of the workforce in the communications field and other creative professions. It is around 34 percent as compared to the national average of 14 percentage. The major concern in the industry is the high dropout rate. The eminent speakers discussed this issue at length and gave a general awareness of the differences in the opposite sexes that need to be celebrated.
Kavita Lakhani, Mumbai co-chair, WLN India and President, LinOpinion Public Relations said, " This is not a tea party group but a set of individuals who urges to celebrate the differences that women bring to the table."
