When Bareilly Ki Barfi stars met the Ishqbaaaz girls!

The set of STAR Plus’ popular show, Ishqbaaaz was all decked up to welcome the cast and crew of the upcoming Bollywood film, Bareilly Ki Barfi starring Kriti Sanon, Rajkummar Rao and singing sensation turned Ayushmann Khurrana.

Popular TV actresses Surbhi Chandna and Shrenu Parikh who play the leading roles in the STAR Plus show were seen shooting for a special integration with the trio from the Bollywood film.

With Band Baaja Badhiayaan on in full swing on STAR Plus, the entire star cast of the film was seen grooving, dancing and having a good time on the sets of the show.

Talking about coming back on television, Ayushmann said, “It is extremely nostalgic for me to come back on TV. I missed the vibe of being on the set of a TV show and the time spent on Ishqbaaaz made me revisit my starting days on TV. The set was beautifully done up and we had a good time shooting with the lovely leading ladies on the show.”

His co-star Kriti Sanon added, “I love how TV works. There are no re-takes but you start again from where you leave. I loved the energy on the sets of the show. We danced, enjoyed and had a great time shooting for this special integration shoot. Both the girls; Surbhi and Shrenu were warm and the team too shot the scene beautifully.”
