"I have never felt the need for that. And I have never experienced any biases. I am judged on the basis my capabilities and not my gender. If my group looks up to me it is because of the respect they have for me as their boss. If my clients value my opinions it is because they believe in me as a creative person and not because of my gender. Of course I feel bad when I get back home late. But so does my husband.
