GroupM crowned 'The Dream Company to Work For' second year in a row

GroupM India, the country’s largest media investment conglomerate, retained the title of ‘The Dream Company To Work For’ in the Media and Entertainment sector. GroupM also was featured in the overall list of ‘Dream Employer of the Year’ in India. Besides the company commendations, Gaurav Hirey, Chief Talent Officer, GroupM South Asia, won the awards for HR Leadership and The HR Achiever of the Year. The award for Women in Leadership for HR was won by Apoorva Vig, National Director, Digital Talent and Employee Engagement, and Farzeen Santoke, Manager, Talent and YCo member was awarded the title of the Young HR Professional of the Year. The awards have been conferred by the World HRD Congress 2015 in Mumbai.

Over 130 companies participated at the event out of these 20 companies were recognized as a “Dream Employer”  GroupM is the only media organization to be a part of the illustrious list which includes companies like Hindustan Unilever, Jubilant Foods (Domino’s), Tata Steel , Godrej Financials, TCS among many others.
