Grey's CFO, Vinod Prabhakar passes away

Vinod Prabhakar, the Chief Financial Officer, South Asia,Grey Group, passed away on 26th August 2012  after a massive heart attack. He was 45 years old.

 

Prabhakar joined Grey nearly 20 years ago, when it was still Trikaya Grey. He has been with them through their highs and lows and was involved during the agency's transition into Grey Group. With support from his team of 15 years he led the agency's diversification and acquisitions.

 

Grey has issued a statement in his memory. He will always be remembered as a jovial, helpful and wonderful colleague, and also a doting father and a loving husband. He will be deeply missed by a wide circle of friends and colleagues. He is survived by his wife Beena, son Vineet, parents, brothers and relatives. 

 

May his soul rest in peace.

 

The prayer and cremation ceremony is to be held on 27th August between 12:30 and 1:30 pm.
