ZEE Media Corporation Ltd. downsizes its staff

According to media reports, ZEE Media Corporation Ltd. has downsized its staff by 15% and let go of about 300 employees. Most recently, Sushil Joshi – HR Head, Gaurav Bhatnagar – IT Head, and Mehraj Dubey – VP – Programming were laid off from the organisation.

Recently, Jawaher Goel took over the editorial responsibilities for Zee Media Network.

This week on Monday, media reports claim that 30 people were laid off from DNA newspaper's Mumbai bureau.
