Ramman Handa's web series to be launched!

Producer Ramman Handa is all set to launch his web series Raah De Maa under his banner Natak Entertainment. The producer is elated and is excited about having the Godwoman acting on screen for the first time. “It’s a dream come true and is a very surreal feeling. ‘Raah De Maa’ is our first comedy web series getting released under Natak Entertainment. I have never expected such an exciting response from the audiences about the release. On a daily basis, we are getting queries regarding the series. The most interesting attraction of the series is Sri Radhe Maa as she is acting on screen for the first time,” he says.

Recounting the process of making the series, Ramman says, “It was a very tough journey from the production of this series to the release as big platforms like Amazon Prime / Netflix / Jio etc were hesitant to give the release platform due to the presence of Shree Radhe Maa. But my faith and belief in the product made me take the boldest decision and landed me with my own web portal. I will give a change to other new producers as well as those who are struggling to release their films/series. Natak Entertainment as a portal is very unique as it will give value to each product individually. Each film or series which will be released in our Natak portal will have an individual price, unlike the other VOD portals which are subscription-based,” he says.

Ramman, who started off as an actor, says being a producer comes with its own set of challenges and victories. “There’s a lot of difference being in front of the camera and now being behind it. It is the reflection of my growth in the film industry. Being an actor was good but being a producer is an awesome feeling. Being a producer, I have learnt a lot about the film business and now my confidence has grown. Now I know the pains a producer goes through so I have become more serious about acting too,” he says.

The producer still remembers the surreal feeling when he met her for the first time. “It’s a blessing that a personality like Shree Radhe Maa has acted in my series. I can’t forget when I met Shree Radhe Maa for the first time. That time only I had decided to make people meet the real Radhe Maa as everyone has their own preconceived notions because of what the media shows. She is a guiding medium for the youth. This is our attempt to spread the teachings of Shree Radhe Maa and bring awareness among people that it’s high time we change our definition of being modern. Shree Radhe Maa is an example of a guiding Guru in the modern age. The way she dresses or the teachings she gives are practical and modern".
