'Just a new name' says Star News re-branding campaign!

MCCS is all set to relaunch its news channels Star News as ABP News in Hindi,Star Majha as ABP Majha in Marathi and Star Ananda as ABP Ananda in Bengali. The launch would go on air from 1st June 2012.
 
MCCS had earlier announced the withdrawal of the Star brand.A massive communication campaign has been developed for the same by Lowe Mumbai, which is one of the best advertising teams in the country. The media buying plan for the campaign has been developed through Mindshare. The campaign beginning from today will employ an extensive and aggressive use of the combination of TV, Print, Radio, Outdoor and Internet, over the next eight weeks to communicate the change to all the viewers and stakeholders about the new name and logo.
 
These 3 news channels of MCCS have developed into market leaders in their segments over the last 8 years , which has helped MCCS evolve as a strong and respected broadcast news company.
