Bhavik Timbadia joins as Partner at BMR & Associates LLP

BMR & Associates LLP today announced the induction of Bhavik Timbadia as Partner based out of the firm’s Gurgaon office. Bhavik is a transfer pricing professional, and his experience and skills will further strengthen the firm’s transfer pricing capabilities. Over the past decade, he has garnered transfer pricing experience to service multinational companies. 

Prior to joining BMR, Bhavik worked with a Big 4 firm in Mumbai. He has experience in preparing contemporaneous documentation, advising on planning opportunities, negotiating Advance Pricing Arrangements ('APA') and dispute resolution. He has worked on APAs and advising clients on TP of debt such as interest rate pricing, thin capitalization and pricing of hybrid debt structures. He led the team to conclude three APAs including interest attribution to Permanent Establishment in India, provision of back- office services and investment advisory activities.

Bhavik is a Chartered Accountant by profession and holds a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Mumbai.
