Artist Aloud completes 8 years in its musical journey

Artist Aloud is an initiative pioneered by Hungama Digital Media Entertainment Private Ltd. It is a digital media, content distribution and talent management platform. Artist Aloud showcases talent including established, popular, upcoming and new with their independent content. Over the years, Artist Aloud has proved its expertise as a curator of talent and content across online and offline avenues. The company has provided a distinguished platform for  original releases to some of the biggest names in the music Industry like Salim - Sulaiman, Kavita Seth, Parikrama, Neeti Mohan and Raghav Sachar to name a few. The company marked the completion of its 8 successful years in the industry on 7th January 2018.

In a time when the Indian music scene was dominated by film and pop music, Artist Aloud helped build a path for independent artists by creating a channel for content acquisition and its distribution across consumer destinations. Over the last 8 years, Artist Aloud has championed multiple means to promote artists and their content through various Intellectual Properties like Artist Aloud Music Awards (AAMA), World Music Day celebrations, Arise (in association with HRC), etc.

Some of the key initiatives that have helped applaud the spirit of music includes; Artist Aloud’s World Music Day festival where every year, music is celebrated in an iconic manner. The platform has organized over 500 concerts for their artists across all leading metro cities in the country. Another exciting format initiated by Artist Aloud is the Artist Aloud Music Awards (AAMA) - the distinctive independent music awards property that has been created to felicitate the stars of the industry with independent content.

Artist Aloud has also helped to simplify the talent discovery process for music labels and producers with the launch of their official app. With the app, the platform has created a seamless one-stop platform for both the producers and the artists to discover one another. The app has been highly appreciated by the audiences and has already won 4 awards within a year of its launch.
