Adgully Exclusive | In conversation with Kartik Mani, Merry Men ' Media Adaptable agency

Today we are in a scenario where everyone in all fields are in a frenzy trying to make a mark for themselves. With time and age, everything around us has got extremely competitive, even the entrance exam of a toddler. The young advertising agency, Merry Men is a refreshing change where they make sure their work does all the talking. Like the legend of their namesake, Merry Men, the media adaptable agency aspires to do revolutionary work, within a small army of people. Talking exclusively to Adgully, Kartik Mani, Founder, Merry Men insists that they are not revolutionaries but intend to do revolutionary work.

"We just wanted a name which wasn't a cliché. We wanted something that was inspiring and a bit revolutionary in nature. We are not saying we are revolutionaries but what we are setting out to do will be revolutionary. Like the fable Merry Men, we feel like them as we are a small army and taking on a much larger platforms," he further explained about the name.

Located in a quiet residential area of Bandra, Mumbai, the first thing that gets your attention is the number of dogs the office houses. Being an ardent dog lover, Mani said that the office environment is casual, informal and free for creative minds to discuss and generate great ideas.

It is indeed a refreshing change to have an agency with a young and unique style of working. One can expect some really good work from this exceedingly potential agency. | By Janees Antoo [janees(at)adgully.com]
