IPG Mediabrands to roll out Magna in India from August

IPG Mediabrands, part of the Interpublic Group of Companies, Inc, a publicly traded advertising company has launched Magna in India. Magna is the centralised IPG Mediabrands resource that develops Intelligence, Investment and Innovation strategies for agency teams and clients. The agency utilises key insights, forecasts and strategic relationships to provide clients with a competitive marketplace advantage.

IPG Mediabrands India will roll out Magna in India from August 2017. Two key resources of IPG Mediabrands India, Hema Malik, COO, Lodestar UM, and Arun Sharma, Managing Partner, Initiative, will become joint heads of Magna in India in addition to their current roles. According to independent audit companies, IPG Mediabrands is the No. 2 media agency network in India working with clients like Coca-Cola, Samsung, Amazon, Reckitt Benckiser, Johnson & Johnson, Heinz, Amul, Tata Motors and several others. It continues to grow aggressively by adding new businesses like BMW, Sony, Coach and Accenture in the last couple of months.
