For the first time on RADIO, an exclusive show dedicated to fitness on Indigo 91.9

India’s first and Bangalore’s only International music station, Indigo 91.9 is all set to get Bangalore fit and healthy with the launch of The Fitness Hour – a dedicated fitness show for the first time on radio! With experts talking health and nutrition along with some energetic music curated for a good workout, Indigo’s Fitness Hour will help listeners sweat it out every morning from 7:10am. The show will go live on air from July 20th 2016.

Along with nonstop music, well known fitness trainer and Zumba expert Shwetambari Shetty will take listeners through fitness activities which include walking, running, cycling and functional training, while award winning celebrity sports nutritionist Ryan Fernando will advise listeners on their diet and nutrition.

Commenting on the launch of The Fitness Hour, Mr. Satya Murthy, CEO of Indigo 91.9 said, “As a brand, Indigo 91.9 is deeply entrenched with the Fun, Young, Bangalore. It was therefore important for the brand to do something that engages with the target audience in their fitness regime. With this sow, we become the first Indian FM radio station to launch a dedicated show on fitness, hosted by fitness & nutrition experts for the fitness community.
