Endemol India ties up with Anand Kumar Productions Private Limited for Viral!

Titled Viral, the film is a bold look at the social media in the Indian subcontinent and cocks a snook at the lifestyles of the youth, who use the social media for some fun as well as some mischievous deeds.

Sources close to the production reveal that the makers are toying with the idea of the Bigg Boss 9 product Mandana Karimi for the female lead. Mandana is an Endemol recruit on Bigg Boss 9 and has been going viral thanks to her deeds on the reality show.

When contacted Anand Kumar says,"I had brainstormed with Endemol and we are certainly buoyed by the idea of Mandana Karimi among other names for the lead. She has been occupying substantial news and digital space after her entry into Bigg Boss. We will have to wait till she is out of the show before we discuss other modalities like the subject, dates and pricing before we move on. We have already signed the male lead for the film, whose name will be revealed at an appropriate time." Ram Mirchandani, CEO at Endemol India also confirms that, "We are going ahead with this bold film that has a lot of potential to be a big ticket franchise in the days to come.
Interestingly the film deal has been struck even before a single frame of the film has been shot, a first for a small budget film, but extremely high on content.
