Coco-Cola’s Debabrata Mukherjee joins HT Media

HT Media has brought Coco-Cola’s Debabrata Mukherjee on board as Executive Director. He will report to Rajiv Verma, CEO, HT Media. He will look after the revenue and growth initiatives of the company across all publications.

Mukherjee started his career with Hindustan Unilever (then Hindustan Lever) in 1994 as Area Sales Manager.

Later in 1998, Mukherjee joined Coco-Cola and had done a series of marketing and general management roles. He was the Head of Marketing for The Coca-Cola Company in Korea before coming back to India in 2011.

In his last role as VP, South West Asia Region, Operations at Coca-Cola India, he was responsible for driving sustainable accelerated growth in the key South West Asia markets of Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bhutan and Maldives.

The Company has recently appointed NDTV’s Nilanjana Bhaduri Jha as Digital Head. She will report to Rajeev Bansal, Chief Digital Officer, CEO, HT Digital Streams Ltd.
