Canon launches new promotional campaign for EOS 700D

Canon has kicked off the brand new ‘Two Good Together’ campaign for its popular entry-level DSLR camera, the EOS 700D. The campaign is all set to capture the hearts of photography enthusiasts as it brings to life the simple joys of clicking and savoring those special moments.

The campaign highlights the two top features of the EOS 700D, an effortless touch screen experience and the Hybrid CMOS AF that paves the way for smooth focusing and tracking in both photo and video modes. Also, it’s simply too good an offer, as the Canon EOS 700D is now available with a double zoom kit lens (EF-S 18-55mm IS II+ EF-S55-250mm IS II) at a saving of Rs. 24,995/- per unit.

The campaign takes Canon’s commitment to promoting the culture of photography in India to the next level and aims to widen the base for entry level DSLRs in the market. The sturdy EOS 700D with high image quality, capacitive touch screen and creative filters is the go-to camera for those looking for creative inspiration. The campaign will reach out to first timers, who are willing to experiment with a new camera as well as amateurs who want to upgrade to a DLSR camera for improved image quality. The promotion will focus on trendy youngsters who travel often, dine out and have a unique perspective on life that they are eager to capture through photography.

Sharing his thoughts on the new campaign, Andrew Koh, Senior Director, Image Communication Products Division said, “With this new campaign, we aim to indulge our loyal customer base as well as reach out to a new demographic. Excellent products marketed through strategized channels have helped us achieve our targets so far and we are hopeful that this campaign will help us build a closer relationship with our target audience. This will also enhance our brand positioning and sales while winning customers’ trust at the same time.”

This print campaign will cover metros and other major cities in India apart from the digital and social media activation.
