Be a part of the INMA South Asia Inaugural Study Tour, August 6-8

“Knowledge is power. Knowledge shared is power multiplied.”

The INMA South Asia Media Festival will be held in New Delhi next week and has been designed to achieve the goal made famous by Intel co-founder Robert Noyce. As a global harvester of ideas to grow market revenues, brands and audiences, INMA will host two events in the week of August 7-10 for news media executives in India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, and Nepal.

The six stops over two days include a visit to:

India Today Media House: In this visit, we will get a peek into their innovative integrated newsroom, besides a presentation by Salil Kumar, chief operating officer digital, on their mobile-first channel (Mobile Tak).

Inshorts: The last stop of the study tour is at Inshorts which is a news app that selects the latest and best news from multiple national and international sources and summarises them to present a short and crisp 60 words. We will hear co-founder  Deepit Purkayastha share about how to build media organisations so that they feel less alien to the new technologies which present new opportunities.

We have a star line-up of c-level advertisers, publishers, editors, top-notch agencies from within the industry and outside the industry speaking at the two-day conference celebrating the power of print. We are pleased to share that we have received an overwhelming response for both the study tour and the media conference.

Look forward to the showcasing of the best practices in South Asia news media landscape at INMA 2018.
