A+E Networks|TV18 appoints Jayesh Gokalgandhi as Chief Financial Officer

A+E Networks | TV18 has brought on board Jayesh S Gokalgandhi as their Chief Financial Officer (CFO) from November 2017. In his capacity as a CFO, Gokalgandhi will be handling the finance function and will be reporting to Avinash Kaul, Managing Director, A+E Networks | TV18 and President, Strategy, Product & Alliances, Network18. 

Gokalgandhi is a Chartered Accountant, who comes with over 17 years of experience in the finance and media industry. His last stint was as CFO with Colosceum Media. In the past, he has worked with Endemol Shine India and Portland Outdoor (GroupM). 

Commenting on the appointment, Avinash Kaul said, “We are happy to welcome Jayesh as the CFO of AETN 18. His deep knowledge about the finance and media sector will add more value to the company. Jayesh will play a pivotal role in the transformational journey of A+E Networks | TV18 and his involvement will help us drive the financial performance of the entity. His background in production comes in handy as AETN 18 channels scale up the localisation agenda of original content in India.”
