94.3 Radio One India goes ‘RADIO GA GA’ for ‘Freddie Mercury’

94.3 Radio One, India’s only international upscale format radio network in Mumbai Delhi Bangalore Pune Kolkata Chennai and Ahmedabad is the official radio partner in India for the movie ‘BOHEMIAN RHAPSODY’ that is a biopic of Freddie Mercury the legendary singer of the band QUEEN. The movie stars American actor Rami Malek who plays Freddie Mercury.  The movie releases in theatres on November 16, 2018.

To bring the movie alive for Queen fans all over India, the in-house band of the radio station, ‘The Radio One Band’ did a tribute of the song ‘Radio Ga Ga’. We are running 3 separate contests on air and this is garnished with trivia by various Indian celebs. The highlight is the interview with Peter Freestone who was Freddie Mercury’s best friend and biographer.
