YRF appoints A P Parigi as Senior Adviser- Education

Yash Raj Films has brought A P Parigi on board as Senior Adviser for Education where he will be take leadership to explore various initiatives by YRF in education space.  Parigi has been an eminent name in the Media and Entertainment industry and shares a deep relationship with Late Yash Chopra and his family.

As an industry veteran, Parigi has over 40 years of experience across sectors including telecom, infrastructures, media and entertainment and has served as the managing director and CEO of Radio Mirchi. He is an alumnus of the Delhi School of Economics, and holds an MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi.

He has also worked as a member of the Business Advisory Council of The Said Business School, Oxford University and as a Member of The Board of Overseers of The Graduate School of Business Administration, Fordham University, New York, USA.

Before joining the Times Group, Parigi worked as the Chief Executive Officer of BPL Mobile Communications, Mumbai - a Joint Venture of BPL with France Telecom and was also the Managing Director & Group CEO of Eros Media International Ltd (India).
