Vserv.mobi records 421mn monthly reach

Vserv.mobi announced its Annual Growth Report 2013-14 which presents a comprehensive overview of its rising trajectory. The report reveals its unparalleled reach in emerging markets with 421 million monthly active users across 150,000+ apps and sites on mobile devices. The company continues to show rapid growth across other key metrics, including crossing 2.4 billion daily ad requests, witnessing a 2x growth in clicks and it’s RTB platform now accounting for 14% of ad inventory.

The report also highlights how Vserv.mobi is leveraging a cloud first approach for big data and it’s rapid growth in scale. The exchange captures 84 parameters in an Ad Request, and is now generating 1.6 TB of new data every day, which is processed by 12 server clusters across the world. The exchange serves its Ad Media, including Video & HTML5 Rich Media through 172 edge locations for faster load time.

The growth also saw Vserv engage with multiple global inventory partners including Rovio, Stick Sports, Zynga, TrueCaller, Yahoo!, Hindu, LiveMint.com among others. Vserv added three new offices in South Africa, Middle East and Philippines taking the total to 11 offices with 200 employees.

Over the year, Vserv released its revolutionary AppWrapper.org platform for app developers, its audience data augmented Real-Time Bidding (RTB) platform, and the SmartRewards Ad format that that cultivates brand loyalty by rewarding users for desired actions. The company also announced its unique Appification initiative to empower print publishers to move to the mobile app medium. The year also added more feathers in the cap with mBillionth award and 3 awards at the Mobby’s.
