Sandip Tarkas quits Future Group, to take the entrepreneurial route

Sandip Tarkas, CEO (Sports, Media & Special Projects) at Future Group, has put in his papers and will be embracing entrepreneurship soon. While confirming the news to Adgully, Tarkas said that he would be announcing his next venture in three months’ time. 

Tarkas’ last day with Future Group was December 31, 2016. He will, however, continue as a consultant to Bengal Warriors, which is Future Group’s Kabaddi League team. He had joined Future Group in January 2008 and was associated with the firm for nine years. 

With a career spanning two and a half decades, Tarkas is a highly acclaimed thought leader in digital and media circles. Prior to Future Group, he had worked with Reliance Dhirubhai Amabani Group, Media Direction, MPG, GroupM, Mudra Communications and Blow Past.
