Mindshare's Leader Digital, South Asia 'Ashok Lalla' moves on!

Ashok Lalla, Mindshare, Leader Digital, South Asia has put in his papers after a short stint of six months with the agency. 31st May 2012 will be his last day with Mindshare.
 
He confirmed this news and spoke with Adgully. He also added, “I have had a very enriching experience at Mindshare which I will always cherish and implement digital solutions in a better manner where ever I go.”
 
At the time of filing this report there was no confirmation of his future plans.
 
Mr.Ashok Lalla  has to his credit 18 years of agency and advertiser business experience. His career started in 1993 when he joined Enterprise Nexus Communications (now Bates) as a Senior Accounts Executive. In 1997 he moved on to Taj Hotel Resorts & Palaces as Advertising Manager. His next stint was with Times Multimedia as Senior Product Manager in 1999 but 2000 saw him once again with Taj Hotel Resorts & Palaces as director of Internet marketing.
In 2009 after a long stint with the Taj group, Mr. Lalla joined Euro RSCG as President –Digital where he handled blue chip advertisers like Unilever and IBM. It was in 2011 that he moved to Mindshare.
 
He is a compelling presenter and visionary keynote speaker on Digital Marketing, Social Media and Brands at leading events and B-Schools. Mr.Ashok Lalla has also authored ‘The Future Of Digital for Brands’ a highly regarded online community of over 1900 Digital, Marketing and Brand experts and enthusiasts from 38 countries.
 
Mr.Ravi Rao, Leader, Mindshare, South Asia,  confirmed the news about Mr.Lalla moving on from Mindshare.
