Dentsu Aegis Network promotes Suresh Mohankumar as President Planning, Dentsu Communications

Dentsu Aegis Network, announced the promotion of Suresh Mohankumar as the President Planning, Dentsu Communications (DCPL) with the aim of adding impetus to the planning acumen of the organisation.
 
Suresh started his career in Account Management with RK Swamy/BBDO in Chennai. Over the next seven years he worked with Contract and Lowe in Bangalore. He switched to Account Planning in 2000 when he moved to Mudra Chennai. As a strategic planner, he then worked with Contract and JWT in Chennai. Some of the clients that he lent his expertise to are Tanishq, BPL, Ford, Volkswagen, Carbon, MRF, Lotte, TI cycles, Henkel, Fa, Reynolds, McDowell’s, Johnson & Johnson and Lipton. 
 
In his new role, Suresh will Chair the Planning Council of DBA India. He will also build and lead Dentsu Webchutney’s planning capabilities in the South.

Over the last few years, Suresh has done an exemplary job building the planning capability at Dentsu Communications. He has built a fine team and led some innovative planning initiatives such as ‘Carrency’.  Under his planning leadership, the agency has won some very prestigious new businesses like TVS, MRF, ITC, Jos Alukkas among others.
