AI Rajwani, to take over as MD, P&G w.e.f 30th June 2015
Shantanu Khosla, of P&G India is set to step down from the position of Managing Director with effect from 30th June 2015. P&G has already named his replacement in the form of AI Rajwani. He is P&G's Vice President for Arabian Peninsula and Pakistan currently. Also, he'a a US citizen of Indian Origin. The reason for his decision is not stated yet.
The operations of three prominent companies of P&G, Procter & Gamble Hygiene and Health Care Limited, Gillette India Limited, and Procter & Gamble are headed by Khosla. Along with this he is also the country head of P&G, India.
He has been with P&G ever since 1985, over the years, he has led and been a part of various teams worldwide. He became the operations head of India in June 2002. He is also a member of the board of governors of Advertising Standards Council of India.
